I ordered a custom bag that took a whopping 3 weeks to show up, after hearing a bunch of excuses about the delay. It was meant for my daughter's 30th birthday, and she was thrilled to finally get it. But after just 3 days of using it, the letters started to fall off, which really bummed her out. I ended up getting a refund and sending it back. There's no way I'm ordering from them again. I even paid extra for next day delivery, and they offered a 20% discount for the delay, but when I got my refund, that discount was taken off. Not exactly how you should run a business.

Ordered personalized bag took 3 weeks to arrive after lots of excuses on why it hadn't arrived, it was for my daughters 30th birthday she was so happy to get it after 3 days of use the letters started falling off which was upsetting for her, so I got a refund and sent it back would NEVER order from them again, I also paid extra for next day delivery they offered 20 %discount for the delay but when they refunded me that was deducted of the refund, not a good way to run a business
